He has been involved with the Northern Colorado community throughout his career and has deep roots to the area, having graduated from Greeley West High School. Steve has been a member of the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce since 2016 and has been involved with the Greeley Stampede for over 10 years. He is a frequent speaker at community events and was the Rookie of the Year for UnitedHealthcare Greater Colorado area in 2018. Steve has also served on the Board of Directors of Kiwanis Club of Greeley and was a long-time member and served on the Advisory Council of Colorado Motor Carriers Association.
